Refund & Cancellation Policy

            In short: cancel any time. If you ask within 7 days of paying and have used less than
            10% of that period's call allowance, you get a full refund.
        

1. What This Covers

This policy covers paid monthly plans for the PincodesInfo PIN code API, sold by Kiran Kumar J, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The website and the free API plan cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Prices are in Indian rupees; no GST is charged because PincodesInfo is not registered for GST.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing jkiranj7028@gmail.com from the address your key is registered to.
Plans do not renew automatically: a new period starts only when you pay for it. Cancelling simply means you will not be asked to pay again.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, then your key returns to the free plan. The key itself keeps working.

3. Refunds

7-day refund: ask within 7 days of a payment, and if your key has used less than 10% of that period's monthly call allowance, we refund the whole payment.
Charged twice or by mistake: duplicate, failed or wrongly charged payments are refunded in full, whenever you tell us.
If we end your plan for a reason that is not a breach of our Terms, or we cannot provide the service, we refund the unused part of the period.
Otherwise, payments for a period that has started are not refunded, including for unused calls.

4. How to Ask for a Refund

Email jkiranj7028@gmail.com with the email address your key is registered to, the first characters of your key (shown on your key screen) and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

5. Delivery

The API is a digital service; nothing is shipped. A free key is shown on screen as soon as you create it. A paid plan is applied to your existing key once your payment is confirmed. If it is not active within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

6. Complaints

Grievance Officer: Kiran Kumar J, jkiranj7028@gmail.com, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
